System Analyst in Softengi

Your qualification:

• Experience as an OSS/BSS system analyst (including Amdocs products) - from 2 years.
• Skills in writing specifications, modeling business processes, knowledge of tools, and practical experience in describing complex systems.
• One year or more of experience writing/reviewing technical documentation and business requirements.
• Conversational English.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of existing OSS/BSS systems and processes, including those involving Amdocs products, to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Develop detailed technical specifications and documentation that clearly articulate system requirements and functionalities.
• Model and map out business processes to ensure alignment with project goals and requirements.
• Write and review technical documentation, ensuring it meets business requirements and industry standards.

• Drive the integration of complex OSS/BSS systems, ensuring seamless operation and functionality.
