Expectations from the candidate:

• Work experience in a similar position from 2 years;
• Knowledge of SQL (execution of queries, selections);
• Working with application and service logs;
• Experience with MySQL;
• Experience with Postman;
• Ability to work with a large amount of information;

It will be an advantage:

• Basic knowledge of mobile applications, network interactions (REST API), client-service architecture;
• Work with Jira and Confluence;
• Experience with payment systems, including card payments, banking and other methods.
• Analytical mindset, attention to details;

Responsibilities:

• Reception and further support of projects from the development team;
• Providing timely responses to business inquiries regarding problems arising in the mobile application and other services;
• Collaboration with developers, Product Owner, support and other teams to solve problems.
• Solving incidents, forming tasks
