In This Role, You Will Be Responsible For:  

- Setup, development, and maintenance of the software, including access control and user roles, updates, and integrations. 
- Software users support, troubleshooting, training, and development of user guides. 
- Software performance monitoring, resolving technical issues, escalating complex cases to vendor. 

Professional Experience and Skills:  

• API & Integration: Understanding of REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML. 

• Documentation Tools: Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Office, Miro. 

• Expertise in writing technical specifications and documentation. 

• Ability to analyse business requirements and translate them into technical specifications (including documentation writing). 

• Risk assessment and identifying optimal solutions. 

• English – from Intermediate or Upper-Intermediate level. 

• Presentation and discussion facilitation skills.
