System analyst

We are looking for a candidate for the role of System Analyst to join the project of a Ukrainian telecom operator.

What are the main tasks to be performed

• Analysis of internal/external needs the customer, taking into account possible limitations and developing the architecture solution

• Expert evaluation of the customer's project documentation (briefs, concepts, other)

• Reconciliation of requirements between the internal/external customer and other parties to the process

• Designing technical solutions and managing their life cycle

• Business process modeling and decision model development

• Planning and organization of testing solutions by the customer

• Preparation of technical documentation (functional/non-functional requirements), user instructions

• Preparation of orders within the company to perform work on IT platforms

What qualifications and experience are required

• Higher education

• Experience work as a business or system analyst in IT projects for 2 years or more

• Understanding REST architecture, DBMS basics

• Professional knowledge of UML notation

• Experience with Jira, Confluence

• Basic skills of working with SQL queries

• Analytical thinking, the ability to collect, formalize and documentbusiness requirements within the project/task

• English (technical)

It will be a plus

• Knowledge of BPMN

• Knowledge of MS Project 

• Experience with systems such as Billing, DWH and others
