System Administrators Team Lead in SupportYourApp

Our IT team is looking for an experienced System Administrators Team Lead who likes to solve complex problems and implement cool solutions in the organization of technical support of the office and employees. Team: Our technical team has many experienced specialists - PM, Full-Stack and Front-End engineers, MarkUp developer, QA and designers. What we will do: Manage the work of the system administrators and DevOps team; Ensure the stable operation of the server infrastructure on the base Linux and Windows Server; Monitor infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance of systems; Manage and support mobile and desktop devices using MDM/UEM solutions; Ensure infrastructure protection in accordance with cyber security standards in cooperation with the cyber security department; Implement and maintain security policies, manage access and control based on Active Directory, Azure AD; Manage and support services based on AWS and Azure; Make decisions related to the development and scaling of the company's IT infrastructure; Manage technical documentation Important and required: 3+ years of experience in system/network administration Knowledge of computer networks and protocols: basics of network topology, OSI model, principles of network protocols; Working with Linux (Iptables, firewalld, init.d, systemd, memory/storage, file systems, virtualization); Ability to use system utilities (grep, awk, htop, atop, iotop, etc.); Experience with Windows Server; Experience with network equipment Mikrotik, D-Link, Tp-Link, Ubiquiti; Knowledge of hardware (servers and computers computers), ability to solve hardware problems; Ability to automate work (Bash scripting); Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, IdM, MDM/UEM; Experience with video surveillance and access control systems; Knowledge of cyber security standards; Experience with cloud platforms ( AWS, Azure, Google); Knowledge of English language B1-B2 Will be a plus: Team management experience; Experience with Asterisk, Postfix; Experience with database administration (MySQL/Postgres); Experience with Docker; Experience with MacOS; Knowledge of Python From us: Creative art - office in Kyiv, equipped with a generator and uninterrupted Internet; Possibility to combine remote and office work format; Compensation in USD; Convenient business hours; Many interesting tasks and communication with the team; Adequate, friendly management and no bureaucracy Who we are: SupportYourApp is a Support- as-a-Service company that provides secure technical, customer support, and CX services for tech companies around the globe.
