Functional responsibilities:

• diagnosis and troubleshooting IT equipment directly on the premises;
• assembly, installation and setup of workplaces in stores;
• performance of work on modernization of IT equipment and modular replacement of faulty parts;
• work in the Service desk system (processing of appeals);
