System administrator, L2 technical support engineer in DUXIT GROUP

IT company DUXIT GROUP, which specializes in providing a wide range of IT -services and services for business, invites a system administrator (Technical Support Engineer L2 level) to the team.

Basic requirements for the candidate:

• Professional education is preferred: Higher, unfinished higher;
• Broad and thorough knowledge in network and server technologies, supported by practical skills;
• Experience as a system administrator: from 2 years old;
• High communication skills, the desire and ability to find a common language with the interlocutor;
• Fluency in oral and written language in Ukrainian;
• Driver's license category B is preferred. li>

Responsibilities:

• Support in the working condition of computer equipment, server and network equipment of customers, resolution of incidents;
• Installation and configuration of server and client software;
• Remote administration of servers, workstations and network equipment;
• Performance of regular preventive works by means of remote access and/or on the territory of the customer;
• Configuration and monitoring of data backup systems;

• Server monitoring and prompt problem solving;
• Working in the registration and request processing system (Service Desk);
• LAN/SCS design and configuration.

Skills and Abilities:

• Configuration and maintenance of servers based on Windows Server, Linux Server.
• Protocols and technologies: DNS, AD, GPO, NAT, DHCP, VPN, RDP, Proxy, SSL , FTP, HTTP (s).
• Programs: Apache, Nginx, MySql, PHP-fpm, Zabbix;
• Configuring network equipment (Router, Firewall, Access point);

• Clear understanding of the principle of network construction (TCP/IP);
• Clear understanding of the principle of Wi-Fi network construction;
• Ability and desire to work in a team (not empty words) .
