Our clients are companies from 10 to 200 PCs, for which we build IT infrastructure and provide user support (Helpdesk), solving problems with servers and network equipment, development of IT infrastructure in the format of customer service.

We are looking for our team talented IT specialist, ready to challenge mediocrity in user support!

Responsibilities:

  • Accept and process requests from users by phone and in to the Service Desk system
  • Perform technical support for users remotely and with visits to clients (we work only with corporate clients, we close more than 95% of applications remotely)
  • Advise users
  • Regularly inform users about the progress of solving their applications
  • Conduct initial diagnostics and eliminate malfunctions in the operation of computer equipment

Requirements for the candidate:< /p>

  • Understanding the principles of PC diagnostics
  • Knowledge of desktop OS of the Windows family at the administrator level
  • Understanding the principles of network operation: NAT, DHCP, DNS
  • < li>Understanding the operation of mail protocols POP3, IMAP, SMTP, etc.
  • Practical experience with Google Workspace
  • Basic knowledge of Windows server, AD, DNS, Terminal Services
  • < li>Experience in configuring network equipment, practical experience with Mikrotik will be a plus
  • Practical experience with video surveillance systems will be a plus
  • Experience in laying SCS, crimping patch cords
  • Confident practical and theoretical knowledge of PC hardware, network technologies for small offices
  • Respect and tolerance towards users, sociability
  • Consistency, attentiveness and a natural desire to finish what is started, even small things

    1. Administration of Active Directory domains. Creation of group policies.
    2. Administration and monitoring of the Veeam backup system.
    3. Administration of the Radius system.
    4. Fine tuning of Mikrotik routers (OSPF, FIREWALL, NAT, VPN, etc.)
    5. Administration of the Zabbix monitoring system.
