System Administrator / Technical Support Engineer in SplendidScore Ukraine

Our client is a large international pharmaceutical company, a leader in the market of prescription drugs.

W< span style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal">we are hiring a specialist for them for the position of System Administrator / Technical Support Engineer (mobilization position).

Main tasks:

• maintenance of the performance of network equipment: solving technical issues, installing software, configuring, providing technical user assistance;
• accounting for technical and material means; receiving and issuing equipment;
• maintenance of server and network equipment;
• support of mobile telephony, Internet access, settings;
• supporting users on current issues;
• communication with colleagues from foreign offices companies;
• purchase and write-off of computer equipment;
• support of printing equipment, ordering and maintenance of consumables materials.

Requirements for the candidate:

• higher technical (IT) education;
• work experience in the field of information technologies - at least two years;
• English - Intermediate+
• high level of communication skills. Ability to explain complex things simply and accessible to users;
• ability to prioritize;
• experience with Cisco equipment (very desirable);
• experience working with a local network, server equipment, equipment configuration.
