Main duties:

• consultation and technical support of users (2nd level of support):
• block repair of PC:
• installation and configuration of Windows OS;
• installation and configuration of additional software;
• installation and configuration of peripheral equipment.

Requirements:

• work experience from 1 year;
• higher technical education;
• knowledge hardware of personal computers, operating systems of the MS Windows family, accompanying software.
