Responsibilities:

• Reception and registrationwalkie-talkie in ServiceDesk of requests from network users.
• support of company users working in stores;
• elimination problems with computer equipment - on the phone or visiting the store;
• ensuring uninterrupted operation of system software in the office and in stores.
  
  Requirements:
• 1 year of experience in the position system administrator
• Experience in installation, configuration and administration of workers places.
• Installation, PC configuration.
• Understanding PC/laptop hardware architecture (diagnostics
  modular repair, prevention, maintenance)< /span>
• Experience working with office equipment and cash register equipment
• Self-organization, responsibility, attentiveness, ability to work
  with a large amount of information, sociability.
• Experience in FMCG, medicine,pharmacy + retail.
