Our team tests games across multiple platforms, including iOS, macOS, Windows, Android, Amazon, Smart TV, gaming consoles, and VR, ensuring stability, security, and high product quality for developers, publishers, and players.
We are currently looking for a System Administrator Lead who will be responsible for the development and reliability of the company’s internal IT infrastructure and will lead a team of system administrators.
Key Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience as a System Administrator or Team Lead.
- Experience leading and managing a system administration team.
- English level: Intermediate+ (daily communication).
- Experience administering Windows, Linux, macOS, iOS, and Android environments.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, RDP, RDS, DNS.
- Experience with security policies and best practices.
- Network configuration and maintenance (MikroTik, Ubiquiti, VPN).
- Network monitoring and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
- Office infrastructure support (LAN, video surveillance, access control systems).
- Hardware setup and maintenance (PCs, laptops, servers).
- Experience with hosting and domain providers (DNS management)
- Administration of Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, Trello.
- Equipment procurement, inventory management, and onboarding setup.
- Task automation using Python and Google Apps Script.
A 100% stack match is not required. 50–75% is perfectly fine if you are motivated to quickly close the gaps and genuinely enjoy working with these technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of two system administrators.
- Assign, prioritize, and monitor tasks and performance.
- Plan and control the system administration department budget.
- Improve and optimize internal IT processes.
- Maintain and develop company security policies.
- Oversee equipment procurement, inventory, and employee onboarding.
- Ensure maintenance and logistics of company hardware.
- Manage IT infrastructure and drive its continuous improvement.
- Plan team development and organize training.
- Provide technical support to company employees.
