Professional and personal competences: Work experience — from 3 years; Experience with Active Directory (GPO, DNS, DHCP), WDS, SCCM (OSD) services; Installation and support of Windows 7−10 OS; Installation and support of MS Office 2013 — 2019; Experience with Office365; Experience in configuring and supporting peripheral equipment; Experience in supporting Android mobile devices in a corporate environment; Experience of interaction with service centers; Experience in using tools for remote user support. Main tasks: Providing advice on software operation; Providing advice on software installation; Resolve incidents related to PC work; Keep documentation and accounting of PC, user software and peripherals; User support; Develop tools for optimized centralized support of PC infrastructure; Conduct a search and set up relations with service centers for repair of warranty and non-warranty equipment; Maintain computer equipment; Keep documentation and records of PC, user software and peripherals; Maintain technical documentation of IT branches; Publication of reference installation images on the WDS server.
