In in connection with the active launch of new projects, we are looking for a L1 System Administrator in our IT outsourcing department to work with client companies.

Main tasks:
- Technical support of users: receiving, processing and registration of applications from users (1 line of support).
- Ensuring reliable and smooth operation of the client's IT infrastructure, diagnostics and troubleshooting both in a remote format and, if necessary, locally at the client: configuration and administration of OC Windows, configuration and maintenance of PCs, work with monitoring systems, administration and configuration of network equipment;
- Maintenance of technical documentation.
Important:
- Experience as a system administrator - from 2 years.
- Practical experience in configuring and administering Windows operating systems, configuring PCs, administering network equipment, working with monitoring systems, maintaining technical documentation,
- Experience in the Service Desk system (HelpDesk, etc.) is desirable;
