System administrator (Junior IT Administrator) in IT Step Academy

What you will need to do:

• Accounting and configuration of Windows-based equipment and MacOS.

• Equipment selection and interaction with suppliers.

• Repair and adjustment of equipment (sometimes together with service centers).

• Settings for new employees.

• Technical support for users (help solve problems in person and remotely).

• Installing and configuring software, licensing.

• Solving issues with peripheral devices: headsets, printers, MFP.

• Maintenance of basic documentation: acts of issuing and returning equipment.

What we want to see in you:

• The first confident steps in working with technology (Windows, MacOS): installation, configuration, maintenance.

• Basic knowledge of network technologies: setting up a VPN does not scare you, but arouses interest.

• Ability to work with software: installation, updating, configuration of licenses.

• Skills in connecting and maintaining peripheral devices.

• Readiness and desire to explain complex things in simple words.

• Patience, flexibility and the ability to remain calm even when things go wrong.

• Willingness to learn and grow with us.
