Key functions:

• Setting up and integration of Apple devices into Jamf Pro and further monitoring and management.
• Provision of prompt assistance to users in solving technical issues arising from software, computer equipment
?
• Collecting data on the level of wear and tear and functionality
• Developing recommendations for technical re -equipment according to strategic needs.
• Monitoring the IT equipment market, preparing technical tasks and participating in the choice of best solutions for the purchase
• Keeping accounting of technical condition of equipment and drawing up schedules of maintenance.

Requirements:

• Work experience from 2 years.
?
• Knowledge of computer equipment.
?
• Knowledge and experience working with Apple Business Manager services.
?
• Experience of accounting IT assets and maintenance planning.
