System Administrator/IT Support Manager HEY BECCA in HireStep

HEY BECCA is a Ukrainian fashion brand of basic and sportswear, which is actively growing: it opens new stores, expands the warehouse and office, develops the online direction. Behind this growth is not only design and marketing, but also stable technical infrastructure. That is why we are currently looking for a system administrator who will take over the entire IT part of the company.

This is a position for a person who likes everything to be up and running and knows that stability is behind the system day-to-day work.

Your tasks

You will be responsible for the technical stability of the office, warehouse and stores:

• computer support and office equipment (PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, cash register equipment)

• prompt resolution of daily technical requests of employees;

• monitoring of Internet operation and quick response to failures;

• configuration and support of Wi-Fi, video surveillance and technical systems;

• preparation IT infrastructures and participation in the opening of new retail outlets;

• selection, purchase, configuration and basic accounting of IT equipment

• interaction with providers and contractors;

• response to critical incidents (service failures, site crashes, security issues).

Who we are looking for

• a specialist with 1-2 years of experience as a system administrator or IT Support;

• a person who has practical experience working with office and sales technology;

• a specialist who understands the principles of local networks, Internet connections and Wi-Fi;

• a responsible and systems specialist who knows how to work with several tasks at the same time;

• one who is comfortable communicating with non-technical users;
