System Administrator/IT Engineer

WORK IN THE OFFICE from 9:00-18:00 Mon-Fri!!!

What you will need to do:

• Workstation administration users.
• Working with software for users, optimal configuration, assembly and adjustment of corporate user devices (PCs/Laptops).
• Maintenance, local repair of org. equipment (printers, MFPs, scanners, etc.).
• Replacement of consumables in office equipment, basic repair, maintenance).
• Administration of user accounts (creation, blocking, deletion, etc.) .i.)
• Basic work on connecting users to a local network (basic understanding of network protocols).
• Installing and updating software support.
• Identification and elimination of technical problems.
• Technical accounting.
• Working with user requests according to competencies.
• Participation in projects on modernization and optimization of IT infrastructure.

Experience, skills, competencies:

• Skills in assembling and modernizing computer equipment (PC/laptops).
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of operating system architecture on Windows. Knowledge of the processes and principles of installation and configuration of operating systems of the Windows family, as well as software (user and system) on a Windows device.
• Skills of basic office equipment repair, understanding of the principles of operation of office equipment.
• Knowledge and the ability to work with the company's active directory (Active Directory).
• Basic knowledge and understanding of the principles of Microsoft Office 365, Adobe products etc.
• Knowledge of network technologies (basics of building local networks, types of cables and connectors, network equipment). Experience in configuring servers and network devices.
• Knowledge of English at a technical level will be an advantage.
