Main responsibilities:
Technical support and maintenance of restaurant equipment:
- Ensuring proper work equipment.
- Performing daily checks of systems, regular maintenance and repair works according to the schedule.
- Equipment inventory management.

Server and network administration:
- Configuration and maintenance of servers, virtual machines, network equipment.
- Server and network monitoring, ensuring stable operation and timely troubleshooting.
- Setting up and maintaining VPN connections for secure access to corporate systems.

User support:
- Setting up workplaces for new employees, creating accounts and providing access to necessary resources.
- Helping users in solving technical problems, diagnosing and eliminating malfunctions in the operation of equipment and software.
- Antivirus software updates, network security monitoring and system access control.
- Monitoring the operation of network equipment and ensuring communication stability in the halls, office and accounting department.

Interaction with service centers and suppliers:
- Sending the equipment for maintenance or repair, monitoring the terms and quality of the work performed.
- Search and order components and software to ensure stable network operation.

Requirements:
- Experience with server systems, local networks, databases.
- Ability to diagnose and fix equipment problems.
- Knowledge of the principles of backup, system recovery, network security.
- Communication skills to support users, ability to respond quickly to urgent requests.
