System administrator / Help desk / System administrator in RecruTeam

We are looking for a system administrator who can effectively support the company's vital activities and quickly respond to technical requests.< span style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">

Duties:

Reinstallation and support of operating systems on employees' laptops (We work with Windows and Linux);

Installation of various programs, their configuration and timely elimination of problems that arise

Troubleshooting hardware and software parts of laptops, computers and networks;

Configuring devices for users, installing software;

Preparing workplaces and issuing equipment to new employees, sending equipment;

Technical and software upgrades of existing employees;

Our requirements:

Desired experience - from 6-12 months

Technical PC skills:

Ability to reinstall the operating system and solve simple technical problems (software, sound, etc.);

Experience in diagnosing, detecting and repairing breakdowns of laptops and computers (software and hardware);

To have general concepts about the structure of the infrastructure of local networks, the main network topologies and the working mechanisms of the global Internet network;

Willingness to multitask and ability to make quick decisions;

Communicability and a high level of self-organization;
