For the successful performance of duties on this position, you need the following knowledge and skills: In-depth knowledge of AD, DNS, DHCP, WDS, and VPN administration; Basic PC and hardware repair skills; Basic negotiation skills; Basic document management skills. Experience with the following is required: Networking Mikrotik, Ubiquity, Aruba equipment and have an understanding of network protocols; Administration and monitoring of Windows-based servers; Work with Microsoft Office 365. Let's get acquainted with the main functional responsibilities of this role: Purchase of office equipment: Organization of equipment purchases according to employee requests. Preparation workplaces: Ensuring the readiness of workplaces for new and existing employees. IT equipment inventory: Conducting regular inventory of office equipment and equipment. Modular repair: Performing modular repair and maintenance of IT equipment. Network administration: Management of network equipment and its configuration. Interaction with outsourcing companies : Cooperation with contractors to set up IP telephony. Consulting: Providing advice to employees on the use of PCs and software.
