System administrator / CRM administrator in PROFPEREKLAD

Duties of our future specialist:

• installation, configuration and maintenance of operating systems;
• administration of network systems and ensuring their security;
• system monitoring, troubleshooting, cyber security;
• setup of data backup and recovery systems;
• installing and updating software on servers;
• HTML layout of templates for email newsletters for various client programs and mail providers; quality control of templates after or during sending; editing/changing templates according to edits and new requirements;
• monitoring and administration of the company's CRM-ERP system and troubleshooting; work analysis, formation of technical requests/tasks for developers; documentation and reporting; adjustment of business processes and systems for compliance and work efficiency;
• technical support for users (solving problems and advising employees on the operation of typical software, services; performing block repair of PCs; installing the OS and typical software; preventive cleaning of equipment; creating applications for the purchase of IT infrastructure components);

• artproviding user-friendly F.A.Q., case-studies;
• service, monitoring and maintenance of local equipment performance;
• maintenance of office equipment and installation of application software;

• have relevant work experience of at least 2 years (administration of server operating systems (Windows Server, etc.) macOS;
• has basic knowledge of HTML

• knows the main network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).

• can work with web servers and databases (for example, MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server).

• understands the principles of working with monitoring and backup systems

• understands the principles of IT security
• understands the principles of Service Desk work;
• is result-oriented and able to make decisions independently;
• responsible, organized, proactive, team player
• knows computer/laptop hardware and peripherals;
  
  

• experience in creating templates for email newsletters in HTML + CSS will be an advantage;

• additional education and the presence of additional certificates will be an advantage.
