Required work experience: 1-3 years • Full-time Contact with the development of the company, we are looking for an assistant system administrator (technical support specialist). If you have experience in productive communication with clients, know how to set up and "treat" equipment, we invite you to an interview. Our ideal candidate: has at least 2 years of experience in technical support; is able to perform diagnostics and desktop repair of computers and laptops; configures all versions of Windows, standard office software and network printers; configures routers, connects a local area network PC; supports remote desktop users (Windows Server RDP); preferably, if he has experience in Windows Server administration and has worked with Hyper-V; has a high level of self-organization and awareness, client-oriented, communicative, empathic; don't smoke! We delegate to you the following responsibilities: technical support of our customers by phone and chat; solving customer problems: installing, configuring, updating software, answering questions; diagnostics, panel repair of PCs and notebooks; tracking of events in the monitoring system and operative response to them; maintenance of the PC fleet of clients remotely from the Company's office (80% of the time) and out-of-town (20% of the time, inter-Dnipro).
