System administrator in TS TREYD, TOV

The company "TS TRADE" - the Ukrainian leader in the production of tea and coffee invites a system administrator to work (workplace: the village of Trebukhiv, Kyiv region). Tasks: organization of workplaces (hardware, installation/updating of OS, software, application programs) diagnostics and problem solving, repair/preparation of equipment for transfer to the service center (a fleet of laser/jet printers, MFPs, printers for printing labels, replacement of consumables, surface diagnostics of problems, basic repairs) user support, consulting on the operation of computer systems and services (ensuring/restricting user access to external resources and Internet services in accordance with approved permissions); ensuring the operation of the IP telephony system (configuration and installation of IP telephony terminals); maintenance/repair/modernization of video surveillance, access control, security alarm systems (interaction with subcontractors); Requirements: knowledge of PC hardware, principles of software installation and configuration, peripheral equipment, drivers and network; knowledge of Windows 7, 10, 11 OS architecture at the system administrator level; experience working with infrastructure services Windows AD, DNS, DHCP, FS, GPO, WSUS, RDS (general understanding of technologies and their role in the IT infrastructure, ability to diagnose the operation of services from the client side); understanding of the OSI network model, TCP\IP protocol stack , VLAN, NAT technologies, etc...experience working with network equipment (switches, routers, equipment for building wi-fi networks); experience working with video surveillance systems based on Hikvision, Dahua, Axis equipment (will be your advantage).
