Good to have :

- Availability of 1 or more Microsoft Associate level certificates
- Practical experience with cloud services (preferably AWS)
- Availability of 1 or more Amazon level certificates Associate Knowledge of authentication mechanisms such as ADFS, SSO and Modern Authenticatio
- Hands-on experience with Google Workspace
- Experience configuring network equipment, hands-on experience with ubiquiti will be a plus

DUTIES:
- Respond to user inquiries related to network or software operation
- Organize access to local and global applications, services, networks, and telephony
- Troubleshoot, identify and resolve local machine issues
- Identify and develop automation to improve processes, workflow or system availability
- Implement and manage Office 365 client security including retention policies, access checks
- Experience in improving the performance of an infrastructure operation team by developing processes.
- Moderate knowledge of the Microsoft Exchange/O365 environment is required, including server roles, policies and active synchronization.
>- Interact with support teams at all levels and vendors to resolve issues, problems, requests and complete knowledge transfer as needed
- Implement and manage Office 365 licenses, usage and management
- Create and maintain charts, knowledge articles, and other technical documentation detailing system configurations, procedures, and standards
