Requirements:

• From 1 year of commercial experience in the position
• Knowledge of ITIL is desirable

• Experience in the administration of workstations based on the Windows OS

• High communication skills and general technical knowledge
• Experience with Microsoft365

 
Responsibilities: 
 

• setting up and maintaining Windows workstations; 
• technical support and consultation of employees; 
• diagnosis of hardware and software problems, their elimination; 
• creating\deleting user accounts; 
• maintenance of network infrastructure performance; 
• documenting your work, filling the knowledge base; 
• keeping records of IT assets; 
• MS Office Package
