What you will do

  • Support and ensure the functionality, IT equipment and mobile devices of the Bank's users' workplaces
  • Participation in the processes of ensuring working capacity
  • Organization and participation in the provision of consultations to Bank employees
  • Participation and implementation of billing procedures with service providers
  • Support for conference equipment and meeting room equipment < /li>
  • Organization and participation in the resolution of incidents
  • Monitoring, documentation, reporting and assessment of service level
  • Participation in innovative projects

Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of the main components of O365 (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Knowledge of computer equipment, basic software, operating systems Windows at the administrator level, Mac OS, Android and iOS operating systems at the level of an experienced user
  • Ability and willingness to work in a team
  • Responsibility, good analytical skills and logical thinking
  • < li> Ability to rapidly identify and resolve incidents
  • Good understanding of IT support process approaches and systems
