What you need to do:

Accepting applications from users, registration, diagnosis and elimination of problems that arise at workplaces;

Consulting users on all issues they may have, related to the functioning of the company's information systems, using software;

Diagnosis of errors and failures in software complexes, decision-making regarding the elimination and prevention of their uninterrupted operation

Monitoring of systems, equipment (Zabbix);

Distribution of access rights to accounting systems;

Interaction with employees of adjacent departments of the department;

Experience as a system administrator or in technical support from 1 year;

Knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office (Open Office);

Ability to work in AD (active direct) ;

Ability to communicate with users, stress resistance;

Ability to learn quickly and work in a team.
