Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that all requests to the support service are resolved and addressed in the shortest possible time
  • Provide 2nd level IT support for incidents and problems with software, network, hardware, telephony, etc.
  • Provide IT training, induction training and IT security briefings when necessary
  • Procurement, replacement and maintenance of IT equipment in accordance with NN standards and policies
  • Participation in the budget process, effective budget management and performing REA analysis/ plan
  • Negotiate with suppliers and ensure proper document flow
  • As the main person responsible for all IT equipment, ensure proper accounting, tracking and maintenance of all equipment in accordance with local legislation and NN procedures
  • Conduct annual and special inventories of IT equipment and support the inventory process of other NN UA assets on an annual basis
  • Manage the process of evaluation and disposal of IT equipment in case of wear and tear
  • < li>Management of cooperation with the mobile operator and related services (activation/deactivation of accounts, delivery and receipt of SIM cards, special requests from users, accounting procedures)
  • Maintenance of office printers
  • Maintenance all office equipment (server, office access control system, mini PBX, PBX, etc.)

Requirements:

  • Be communicative and responsible, as well as having a desire to help your colleagues
  • Fluent oral and written communication in Ukrainian and English.
  • From 2-3 years of work experience in the field IT support in international or large companies.
  • Graduate degree in IT/Computer Science or related discipline or internationally recognized certificate of higher education in IT
  • Relevant program with service management (ITIL certification).
  • Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
