Yours key tasks in the position:

• search, study of regulatory information regarding the fixed group of goods, determination of the composition of the requisites of the group's nomenclature;
• grouping of group nomenclature by common properties, definition of details for each subgroup (quality/operating characteristics);
• creating requirements/rules for keeping records of group nomenclature, set of mandatory details;
• li>
• search and deletion of duplicates, incorrect/unidentified nomenclature;
• creation of new unified names of group nomenclature and matching of historical nomenclature with new unified names;
• check/change/ adding mandatory details, creating/changing/deleting directory elements;
• processing applications for creating new names;
• providing advice to users on the characteristics of the group nomenclature;
• control in compliance with the general requirements for maintaining the nomenclature, ensuring compliance with the adopted rules.

To be successful in the position, you will need

• higher education;
• experience working/using normative and reference information (GOST, DSTU, TU, international standards);
• understanding the purpose of TMC and their main characteristics;
• experience of working with different nomenclature is desirable (in the sphere of procurement/sales, production/repair of equipment/spare parts);
• professional knowledge: understanding of quality/operational characteristics of different groups TMC (materials, equipment, spare parts);
• confident user of MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook; 1C.
