• 17 stores in Kyiv
• 1 store in Chernihiv
• 1 store in Ivano-Frankivsk
• 1 store in Lviv
• 1 store in Dnipro

In connection with the expansion, we invite a System Administrator to our team!

Our future colleague has:

• 2 years of experience in a similar position;
• Higher education;
• Excellent knowledge of Windows OS, network equipment;
• Experience of working with Cloud services (Microsoft 365), Service Desk;
• Able to diagnose and eliminate typical malfunctions (troubleshooting);
• Has experience with data backup and recovery.

Responsibilities will include:

• Installation, configuration and maintenance of software;
• Technical support users;
• Processing and resolution of incidents (in the Service Desk system);
• Development of proposals to prevent repeated incidents;
• Equipment maintenance and modernization;
• Participation in IT projects;
• Submission of applications to the automation department for problems in their systems;
• Working with contractors and providers: contractual work, control of the provided of services, payments, verification and reconciliation of volumes and quality of services;
• Control and documentation of IT infrastructure;
• Monitoring compliance of IT infrastructure components.
