System administrator in Alser, GK

We invite you to the System Administrator team. We are a manufacturing company, we have many of our own locations (showrooms, production) that require daily IT support. If you know what Active Directory is and know how to explain complex things in simple words, join us!

What we expect from you:

• Experience of working in a similar position for 2 years or more;
• Experience in Active Directory administration, understanding of RDP, SIP and others;
• Ability to lay and configure networks (wired and wireless);
• Understanding the OSI model (IP, DNS, VPN).
• Effective communication skills, the ability to conduct dialogue with different people;
• Desire to learn, responsibility, systematicity.

What should be done:

• Employee support for IT issues (HelpDesk): help with computers, programs, access, the Internet - locally and remotely;
• Setting up user accounts and access in corporate systems (AD, basic GPOs), connecting and supporting remote desktops (RDP/RDS);
• Setting up office phones and calling programs (SIP), help with the work of corporate messengers (Viber, Telegram);
• Accounting of IT equipment: issuing, receiving, updating equipment,
• Communication with contractors, control of payments for necessary services.

We offer:

• Stable work schedule: Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (but you must be in touch in case of force majeure);
• Hybrid format of work: remotely with visits to locations in Kyiv and the region if necessary;
• Payment for the trial period (1 month) — 35,000 hryvnias, then increase to 40,000 hryvnias;
• Ability to adapt to all work processes together with an experienced mentor.
