Requirements:

• Basic understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems, as well as office software
• General knowledge of computer technology, diagnostics and basic repair
• Understanding of local area networks and equipment connection skills
• Ability to communicate with users and provide polite technical consultations
• Desire to learn and develop in the field of IT; experience is desirable, but not required

Responsibilities:

• Supporting users of Windows OS, Mac OS
• Maintenance of basic software
• Processing requests from of users in the ITSM system
• Block diagnostics and repair of the user's computer equipment
• support for showings, online broadcasts, conferences, meetings in the hall and on platforms zoom, teams...
• Maintenance of the equipment database that is in service
• Connecting users to the local network, switching, diagnostics
• Providing advice on the operation of IT services enterprises
