DUTIES:

• Processing applications from users and their technical support on site and remotely;
• Participation in the implementation of new software products;
• Configuration of user workstations based on Windows OS and the necessary software package;
• Support and configuration of peripheral equipment printers, MFPs, scanners;
• Diagnosis of hardware and software problems and their elimination;
• System configuration video surveillance, monitoring their performance;

REQUIREMENTS:

• Understanding the principles of PC diagnostics;
• Skills in Windows OS administration;
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Terminal Services, GPO, configuring user terminal connections.
• Basic knowledge of computer networks.
• Experience in setting up video surveillance systems.
• Knowledge of Linux, ability to configure MikroTik
