Key Requirements: Experience working with Windows operating systems; Higher education (Bachelor's or Master's) in IT technologies; 1-2 years of relevant experience; English language proficiency at B2 level ( written and spoken); Strong communication skills and ability to build effective relationships with company employees. Responsibilities: Work as part of a team under the supervision of the Head of International IT Services; Analyze and resolve clients' technical issues related to various technologies and platforms, implement and maintain new IT solutions and services; Provide additional support to the firm's users in Kyiv both in person and through remote support technologies; Create and maintain databases of suppliers and service providers, manage the equipment database, and set up technology for new and existing employees; Manage the corporate mobile phone database (assign new numbers/change numbers, provide equipment), communicate with the mobile operator; Participate in project work as needed; Be available during the working day and ready to provide quick support to company employees in Kyiv.
