System administrator in Grupa kompaniy Fokstrot, TOV

Our partner Foxteam Digital is looking for a System Administrator.

Among the regular customers are such nationally known companies as the Foxtrot trade network, the leading Ukrainian distributor Yug-Contrakt and others, which carry out their activities in the fields of logistics, solar energy, drug production, construction and other industries of Ukraine and the countries of the European Union.

We expect from candidates:

• Deep technical knowledge: understanding of TCP/IP, OSI models; confident work with DNS, DHCP, NAT.
• Network diagnostics: skills in working with ping, tracert, nslookup tools to quickly identify problems.
• Work with VPN: experience in configuration and administration of IPsec / SSL VPN (user and basic admin level).
• Wireless networks: understanding Wi-Fi (802.11) standards, causes of interference and roaming principles.
• Security and routing: basic understanding of Firewall operation, routing principles and cyber security.
• MS package Office: confident user of Microsoft 365 and Outlook.
• Would be an advantage:experience in technical support of the Retail sector.

Responsibilities:

• Reception and independent resolution of incidents of medium complexity (software, OS, networks, accounts).
• Technical diagnostics: Analysis of logs, logs events and system reports to identify the causes of failures and recurring problems.
• Infrastructure support: Setup of workstations, laptops and peripherals; control of updates, antivirus protection and security policies.
• Network support: Prompt diagnosis of problems with LAN / Wi-Fi / VPN connections.
• Working with the knowledge base: Documenting solutions, creating instructions and updating articles for the team.
• Communication: Correct and professional communication with users at all stages of application resolution.
