Main tasks:

• Technical support of users;

• Managing accounts: Blocking and changing Active Directory user accounts.

• Monitoring: Monitoring the status of servers and network equipment under the supervision of a senior specialist.

• Resolving incidents related to software operation, network access, by e-mail.

• Processes requests through the Help Desk system by phone or in person.

What we expect from you:

• Experience working with operating systems (Windows, Linux, MacOS);
• Understanding network technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP);
• Understanding Active Directory principles;
• Experience in diagnostics and troubleshooting hardware;
• Basic knowledge of ITIL/ITSM;
