System administrator in Fin Plus Plus

We are looking for a Junior System Administrator who will help maintain the stable operation of office equipment and IT infrastructure.

Work in the office in Lviv - without business trips. Everything is clear, stable and with a team you can trust.

Your functions will include:

• User support - solving basic problems with computers, printing, network access, updates and programs.
• Working in the ticket system — receiving and fulfilling requests from employees (remotely/locally).
• Checking the functionality of office equipment (computers, Wi-Fi, switches, peripherals)
• Diagnostics and block repair of equipment — replacement of components, system reinstallation, testing.
• Office network support — connection, configuration of workplaces, routers, switches, Wi-Fi points.
• Installation of offices from scratch - preparation of workplaces, cabling, installation of equipment, design of server room.
• Maintenance of documentation - inventory of equipment, recording of completed work, basic network diagrams

Requirements for the position:

• Experience as a system administrator from 6 months (preferred, but not required).
• Proficiency in Windows (10/11) and basic knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu/Debian).
• Understanding of network principles (SSH, TFTP, ARP, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLAN, ICMP, VPN, HTTP/HTTPS).
• Experience working with active network equipment: switches, routers, Wi-Fi UniFi / Mikrotik (preferred, but not required).
• Ability to respond responsibly and quickly to user tasks.
• Willingness to work overtime in case of urgent tasks - paid at an increased rate.
• Willingness to develop, learn and work in a team.
