System Administrator

Goal: Ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness. The company's IT infrastructure

2 offices in Kyiv, 6 branches across Ukraine

You will be able to realize your abilities by solving the following tasks:

Administration, optimization and modernization of the infrastructure (~100 workstations).

1. Support and configuration of active network equipment: Cisco, HPE, Mikrotik, Ubiquiti, etc.
2. Management of the server park (HPE, Supermicro) and data storage systems (Synology).
3. Ensuring the operation of video surveillance and IP-telephony systems.
4. Support of backup and data recovery systems.
5. Administration of server OS Windows Server (2012 R2 - 2022) and Linux.
6. Administration of Active Directory services (AD DS, GPO), DNS, DHCP.
7. Configuration and support of virtualization environments based on VMware ESXi and KVM.
8. Administration of corporate mail, 1C and MS SQL databases.
9. Support of custom Windows OS (XP - 11), Linux and MacOS.
10. Ensuring protection of corporate data and security of IT systems, setting of security policies.
11. Infrastructure state monitoring, detection and elimination problems.
12. Support of specific software: client-bank, M.E.Doc, Vchasno and other business applications.
13. Development, optimization and implementation of internal IT services.
14. Training of employees in necessary IT skills and work rules.
15. Participation in IT budget planning and cost optimization.
16. Maintenance of technical documentation.

Our ideal candidate and future employee:

1. Has 5 years of experience as a system administrator, incl. the only specialist/head of the department
2. Has deep knowledge and practical experience in the administration of Windows Server OS (from 2012 R2 to 2022), Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO services.
3. Has practical experience in the administration of corporate mail systems and a thorough understanding of their operation and security principles (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
4. Able to install and configure VMware hypervisors ESXi and KVM.
5. Has in-depth knowledge of network technologies and protocols (TCP/IP, VPN, VLAN, routing), experience configuring Cisco, Mikrotik, Ubiquiti, HPE network equipment.
6. Has experience working with HPE, Supermicro server equipment and Synology data storage systems.
7. Has skills in installing, connecting and configuring video surveillance, ACS, IP telephony systems.
8. Supports users and workstations Windows (XP - 11), Linux and MacOS.
9. Has experience in administration of 1C server and MS SQL databases.
10. Has skills in working with Client-Bank, M.E.Doc, Vchasno software.
11. Has practical experience in ensuring information security.
12. Ready to work in multitasking mode. 
13. Able to write scripts for automating tasks (PowerShell, Bash).
14. Knows English at the level of reading technical documentation.
