• Analysis and Database Optimization;
• Tracking indicators of sales department and other departments for the formation of statistics;
• Formation of SMS of newsletters with attracting new customers, informing orders;
• participation in the construction of the call scheme; with database (sorting on doubles, uniqueness of customers, etc.);
• Communication with technical departments Polyphony and CRM is a system;
