System administrator in LaSoft

We at LaSoft are looking for a System Administrator who will join our team in Lviv and will be able to effectively support the company's activities, responding quickly and loyally to technical inquiries from colleagues.

Requirements for candidates

• 4 years of experience as a System Administrator.
• Knowledge of network protocols and networks in general.
• Experience of maintenance with Windows, Ubuntu, MacOS operating systems.
• Experience of maintenance of MikroTik network equipment.
• Experience of working with Azure Active Directory.

• Willingness to work full-time from the office.

Functional Responsibilities

• Provision of technical support for company employees.
• Reinstallation of operating systems.
• Troubleshooting of hardware, software parts and network.
• Settings and installation of standard software.
• Preparation of workplaces and issuance of equipment to new employees, dispatch of equipment.
• Updating of equipment and software existing employees.
• Help with hardware and office support.
• Network maintenance and optimization.
• Hardware and software updates.
• Monitoring performance and system maintenance.
• Ensuring network security of offices and the company as a whole.
• Access settings to offices.
• Working with users and the software complex in Azure EntraID.
