System Administrator in P'yurmedika

We are a startup that creates a product in the field of mental health and alternative therapies, including the field of psychedelic therapy (psilocebin, etc.) in those regions , where it is regulated by law.
We are building an ecosystem Digital products (media, content, community, AI therapist) and Offline retreat centers. The project does not involve the sale of psilocybin products or surfactants.
The project development priority is the launch of the MVP: web platform and mobile application.
Our expectations:

- Work experience as a system administrator from 2 years;
- Deep understanding of the principles of Windows/ Linux systems;
- Hands-on experience in configuring and maintaining SSO (eg Okta, Keycloak, Azure AD);
- Knowledge of account management tools records (Active Directory, LDAP);
- Skills of working with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, Docker, Kubernetes);
- Ability to work with CI/CD tools for automation (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
Would be a plus:
- Experience with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP);
- Scripting skills (Bash, PowerShell, Python) and automation of routine tasks;
- Certifications in the field of system administration (Microsoft, Red Hat, Cisco);
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (Ansible, Terraform).

What you will need to do:
1. License management and monitoring:
- Accounting, continuation and optimization of the use of software licenses;
- Licensing with suppliers and partners;
2. Setting up and managing SSO:
- Implementation and administration of SSO (Single Sign-On) - Single Sign-On;
- Integration of services and applications into a single authentication environment;
- Ensuring security and compliance with access management policies;
3. Management and control of user accounts.
- Create, delete and configure accounts in various systems;
- Control over compliance with password, access and account security policies
data;
- Automation of processes of issuance and revocation of rights;
4. Infrastructure settings:
- Support for servers, network equipment and related services;
- Optimize and scale infrastructure according to growth
