Main duties:

  • Reception and processing requests in the ServiceDesk system: prioritization, classification, execution control.

  • Administration of cloud services: Atlassian (Jira, Confluence), Slack, Google Workspace, ESET, Zoom Rooms, DASH, Miro etc.

  • User account management: accounting, auditing, access optimization.

  • Settings Company-managed projects in Jira: creation of workflows, management of access rights, configuration of approval chains.

  • Improvement of the ticket system based on Jira Service Management, integration with Slack.
