The company "Legal Assistance, Advokatske obedenia" in the city of Chernihiv is looking for a system administrator to join our professional team.

What you will do:

• Administration of office workstations in the domain structure
• Support of software and hardware of PCs and peripheral devices at the workplaces of company employees
• Assistance and training of users on issues related to IT
• Diagnosis of PC and software malfunctions
• Support of VoIP systems

Required experience:

• Knowledge and understanding of computer software and hardware operating principles;
• Knowledge of Windows Server 2008-2019 and Windows 7-11 operating systems;
• Understanding principles of network operation equipment;
• Knowledge of routing and networks based on the IP protocol (diagnostics and troubleshooting);
• Ability to detect problems in the operation of hardware, as well as perform component replacement;
• Ability to explain and solve problems of not always computer-literate users;
• Ability to hold and use a tool (screwdriver, crimping tool, tester, etc.);
• Knowledge principles of VOIP work;
