Responsibilities:

• reception and registration of user requests in ServiceDesk network.
• support of company users working in stores;
• elimination of computer equipment problems - by phone or visiting the store;
• ensuring smooth operation system software in the office and in stores. 
  
  Requirements:
• 1 year of work experience as a system administrator
• Experience installation, configuration and administration of workplaces.
• Installation, configuration of PCs.
• Understanding PC/laptop hardware architecture (diagnostics, modular repair, prevention, maintenance)
• Experience work with office equipment and cash register equipment
• Self-organization, responsibility, attentiveness, ability to work with a large amount of information, communication skills.
