System administrator in Lugera Ukraine

International legal company is looking for a technical support specialist for its Kyiv office.

Basic requirements:

• Experience with Windows operating systems;
• Higher education (bachelor or master) in the field of IT technologies
• Experience from 1-2 years;
• English language at B2 level (written and oral);
• Ability to build effective communication with company employees;

Responsibilities:

• Work in a team subordinate to the head of the international IT services department;
• Analyze and solve technical problems of the client/clients related to various technologies and platforms, implement and support new IT solutions and services;
• Provide additional support to the firm's users in Kyiv both in person and with the help of remote support technologies;

• Creation/maintenance of databases of suppliers, service providers, maintenance of equipment database, installation of equipment for new and existing employees;
• Management database of corporate mobile phones (assignment of new numbers/change of numbers, provision of equipment), communication with a mobile operator;
• If necessary, participate in project work;
• Be available during the working day and be ready to provide quick support to the company's employees in Kyiv;
