Knowledge of basic network technologies (cabling);
Comprehension of PC hardware;
Experience with MikroTik (preferred);
Excellent communication skills.
Functional duties:
Diagnosis and troubleshooting of operating systems, office software, network connections;
Setting up and preparing computer equipment for users.
Providing technical support and fulfilling user requests both in a remote format and on a visit to the city. Kryvyi Rih;
If necessary, interaction with adjacent units.
