Tasks:

• Setting up and solving technical problems related to PCs, peripheral devices (printers, scanners), network equipment;
• Ensuring continuous and full-fledged operation of trade points by coordinating actions between stores, responsibility for the operation of equipment (computers, servers, cash registers);
• Administration and support of operating systems;
• Monitoring and analysis of OS performance, detection and elimination malfunctions;
• Purchase of technical support.
