Requirements:

1. Knowledge of computer technology, Windows OS and office programs;

2. Knowledge of computer networks;

3. The ability to communicate and find joint solutions to issues;

4. Experience with trade equipment;

Responsibilities:

1. Acceptance of applications from users, registration, diagnostics and troubleshooting;

2. Consulting users on working with software, working with accounting systems;

3. Performing settings, troubleshooting computer systems and applications according to the instructions;

4. Monitoring of data entry into various systems;

5. Control over internal processes.
