Requirements:

Responsibilities:

• Administration of Office 365 (approximately 50 users);
• Administration Windows Server (1 unit), SQL Server (1 unit);
• Administration of network equipment;
• Installation, configuration and administration of user laptops, printers;
• Coordination work of other IT service providers (weight system, 1C);
• Selection and purchase of equipment according to company needs;
• Organization of repair of equipment (laptops, printers) through service centers;
• Conducting an inventory of equipment;
• Conducting specialized training and training for the team for the correct use of equipment and basic programs;
• Organizing maintenance and repair of the video surveillance system. User management, setting up smart technologies according to the TOR (push notifications, face recognition, etc.). Video monitoring of compliance with the list of procedures;
• Monitoring of production equipment with the help of GPS systems, drawing up reports based on GPS data;
• Participation in setting up and monitoring the functioning of the security system (IT component).
